Description:
A unique and beautiful natural environment surrounds the Tisza Balneum Hotel**** right on the shore of Lake Tisza in Tiszafüred.
We can accommodate a total of 224 guests in our main building and nine separate apartment houses. The centre is set in four and a half acres of landscaped parkland. Facilities for our guests include tennis courts and areas set aside for sunbathing or fishing, as well as a car park and moorings for boats.

Most of the equipment and furniture in our rooms and suites are made from natural materials. The comfortable, custom-made wicker and wood furniture creates a cosy atmosphere all around the hotel. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned, and have a terrace or balcony and a bathroom (with bathtub or shower). The rooms are equipped with hair dryer, bathrobe, minibar, telephone, satellite TV, hotel TV and a safe deposit box. Smoking is not allowed in our rooms, but at the request of our guests we can set up a friendly smoking area on the terrace.

How to get there:
By car: From Budapest •– drive on the M3 motorway to Füzesabony (112km), then continue on Road 33 towards Debrecen. The hotel is located on the lakeshore, before Tiszafüred, on the right side.

By bus: Tiszafüred is directly connected to numerous major cities. In Budapest, coaches depart from Stadion station and Népliget station. Buses also come here from Debrecen, Eger, Miskolc, Salgótarján and Szolnok.

By train: Our city is easy to access • from Budapest • on line 80, with a change at Füzesabony, from where line 108 takes travellers to the city.

By plane: Ferihegy – Tiszafüred: 150 km, Airport Debrecen – Tiszafüred: 80 km

The Zsóry-spa lies on an 11-hectare green territory. It is the biggest medicinal and sands spa of Northern-Hungary. The spa opened in 1940 and was named after Lajos Zsóry, the founder of the spa, ex MP of whom the local inhabitants – the „matyós”- are still very proud.
